Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end mortgage administration process, including preparing and verifying documentation for loan applications.
Collaborate with lenders, brokers, and clients to gather necessary financial information and ensure all requirements are met.
Review financial documents, such as income statements and credit reports, utilising basic math skills to verify figures and calculations.
Maintain accurate records of all mortgage transactions, correspondence, and approvals in company systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely processing of applications and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding application status, required documentation, and next steps to ensure a smooth experience.
Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance at all stages of the mortgage process.

Skills

Strong understanding of financial services processes related to mortgages or loans.
