Full job description

As our Mid-Weight Designer you will be a key member of the team working alongside both our junior and senior team members. Delivering innovative and creative design solutions across our brands. Working independently on a variety of projects you will assist in bringing our seasonal campaigns and brand activities to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of brands on everything from digital marketing campaigns and web assets to beautiful packaging and print collateral.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency.
Work collaboratively with the design team, photographers, and Marketers.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designer within the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment whilst keeping a high standard of quality.
Support the development and evolution of the company's visual identity.
Contribute ideas to team creative meetings and planning.
Staying updated on design trends, tools and industry practices.

Skills & Qualifications

3 to 5 years of professional design experience, ideally within an in-house e-commerce, retail, or agency environment.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Video Editing: Experience with editing and a passion to increase skills.
A strong, versatile portfolio that showcases your skills in typography, layout, digital asset creation, and print/packaging design.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workflow.
Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a creative team.
