With a starting salary of £28,000, plus an uncapped commission structure, our top performers regularly achieve On-Target Earnings of £40,000+.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into new business opportunities and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound enquiries generated through comparison websites and lead providers.
- Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored quotations and solutions.
- Delivering engaging telephone and web-based product demonstrations.
- Managing and developing your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to close.
- Following up with prospects and maintaining ongoing communication to maximise conversions.
- Generating additional opportunities through referrals, customer contacts, and outbound activity where required.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and daily activity KPIs.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM updates.
- Keeping customers engaged during trial periods and supporting their decision-making process.
- Contributing ideas and feedback to help improve team performance and customer experience.
Essential Qualities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and online.
- Positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365.
Desirable Experience
- Telesales or sales experience.
- B2B sales experience.
- Experience working towards targets or KPIs.
- CRM system experience.
