We are currently looking for a technician to join our growing team.
Role requirements
Primary role will be working in Flight Assembly, working on general building of boards and modules, harness, mechanisms and solar panels.
- Working in a cleanroom environment
- Working to ESA standard
- Working to build instructions and drawings
- A high level of electro-mechanical build
- Building of wire harnesses and test boxes
- Other activities as delegated
- Experience within a cleanroom environment
- ESA certification Required.
- A good knowledge in soldering practices, and intricate electro- mechanical build practices.
- Practical, hands-on ability
- Good general computing skills (word processing and basic spreadsheets) Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Commitment to take own initiative
- Desire to support others
- Good team working skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Able to use common sense when under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and deliver both immediate and longer-term tasks
