Private Community Physiotherapist - Lyme Regis & Bridport

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled physiotherapist to join our private home-based physiotherapy service operating in Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Somerset. We cover areas including Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Blandford, Christchurch, Southampton, Bath and many more. Where you work depends on your home location and how far you are wanting to travel. We are looking for a physiotherapist who lives near Bridport and Lyme Regis and would be willing to travel around 30 mins from their home location.

You will be working autonomously managing your own caseload with support from our home physio team and clinical director.

Key Responsibilities

As a community physiotherapist you will be delivering expert, high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our clients. There is no obligation to take a client and clients will be allocated closest to your home location.

Responsibilities include:

Home physiotherapy visits to undertake initial assessments to identify physiotherapy needs and form treatment plans.
Visiting clients at home to provide ongoing assessment and rehab as required.
Document treatment on clinical systems.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care when needed.
Communicating and supporting other Salveo Forma physiotherapists if/when required.
