Your Role
Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries for the Vice President and Senior Leadership Team, coordinating meetings and priorities.
- Arrange meetings and events, handling logistics such as rooms, catering, and visitors.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expenses.
- Support leadership meetings, site visits, and off-site events.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Manage inboxes, correspondence, and administrative records.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
