Job Title: English & Maths Intervention Coach
Location: Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth Campus
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent - Term Time Only (40 weeks)
Salary: Band G Point 21 £26,114.55 - Point 23 £27,713.40 (based on qualifications and experience)

East Coast College is seeking a proactive and student-focused English & Maths Intervention Coach to support learners in overcoming barriers to achievement and improving their progress, attendance and outcomes. Working closely with Curriculum Managers, teaching staff and support teams, you will use learner data to identify students requiring additional support and coordinate targeted interventions that drive success.

**East Coast College require all staff to hold a minimum Level 2 or equivalent in English and maths, and be able to evidence this.
