Keep guests happy from behind the scenes
We're looking for a Helpdesk Operator to manage accommodation-related fault requests from guests and colleagues. You will coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
What you'll be doing
- Manage incoming requests via phone and our fault reporting system
- Allocate jobs to Technicians or Housekeepers based on issue type
- Keep the fault reporting system up to date

Your working hours
- Part-time contract, shifts fall between 7:30am and 9:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends
About you
- Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors, guests and colleagues
- Ability to perform under pressure
