Full job description

HubSpot Architecture & Configuration

Own the overall HubSpot setup across our brands: pipelines, lifecycle stages, deal structures, properties, and contact management
Maintain and develop the contact and deal schema to accurately reflect our sales funnel (Enquiry → Qualified Enquiry → Opportunity → Case → Evangelist)
Ensure HubSpot lifecycle stages are correctly triggered and maintained via integrations with our internal case management platform
Build and manage custom properties, association labels, and object relationships to support reporting and automation needs
Own user, seat, and permission management across the Group: design and maintain permission sets, control access by role, and optimise seat allocation so the right people have the right access without the manual seat-swapping and reassignment overhead we currently carry

Automation & Workflows

Design, build, and maintain HubSpot workflows that support lead nurturing, internal notifications, lifecycle progression, and operational processes
Automate internal handoffs between the marketing and sales process to reduce lag and data entry errors
Develop integrations that support paid ad optimisation by ensuring conversion signals are sent cleanly and consistently to ad platforms

Integrations & Data Flow

Manage and optimise integrations between HubSpot and our core tool stack across all Group brands
Ensure attribution data flows correctly from all inbound channels (paid search, organic, social, referral, and others) into HubSpot contact records
Work with the tech team to ensure internal platform data (work item creation, quote status, conversion events) flows accurately into HubSpot lifecycle stages and deal records
Design, maintain, and optimise HubDB tables as part of the wider data architecture — keeping structures clean, de-duplicated, and efficient, and working with the tech team where these tables underpin site or integration functionality
Identify integration gaps where data is currently lost or misattributed, and build solutions to fix them

Attribution & Reporting

Set up and maintain multi-touch attribution models within HubSpot to understand which channels and campaigns are driving qualified enquiries and revenue
Build the core reporting stack for the Group: weekly cohort pipeline performance, agent-level qualification tracking, disqualification reason analysis, and PPC revenue attribution by campaign source
Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to surface the data needed to optimise paid ad campaigns
Ensure revenue and conversion data is available at practice area level across all brands

Forms, Pages & Lead Capture

Own all HubSpot forms, landing pages, and lead capture mechanisms across Group brands, ensuring they capture the right data and pass it correctly into the CRM
Continuously improve form structures to reduce friction and improve data completeness at the point of enquiry

Data Quality & Governance

Maintain CRM hygiene standards across the Group: manage duplicate contacts, enforce correct use of lifecycle stages, and monitor data completeness
Ensure disqualification reason codes are applied consistently and build reports to track patterns over time
Act as the internal gatekeeper for CRM data standards — flagging incorrect data entry and working with the operations team to correct behaviour
Act as the Group's Data Protection Officer, responsible for overall data protection from a process and policy standpoint — ensuring processes and policies adhere to data protection requirements regardless of the data source
