As our business continues to grow, we're bringing all of our digital marketing in-house and are looking for someone to take ownership of our online lead generation.
About the Role
This is much more than a PPC role.
You'll be responsible for managing and improving our Google Ads, SEO and AI search presence to generate high-quality enquiries across multiple regions.
You'll take over campaigns currently managed by a combination of internal staff, consultants and agencies, giving you the opportunity to shape our entire digital marketing strategy as we continue to grow.
Working closely with the management team, you'll have the freedom to test new ideas, improve performance and make a genuine impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple counties
- Monitor budgets and continually improve return on investment
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per enquiry
- Develop and implement SEO strategies across our websites
- Optimise content for Google Search and AI Overviews
- Manage Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates
- Work alongside the management team to plan future marketing campaigns
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
- Produce regular performance reports with clear recommendations
About You
We're looking for someone who has experience in:
- Google Ads (essential)
- SEO and Local SEO
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking
- Keyword research
- Landing page optimisation
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude
Experience with AI search optimisation (AI Overviews/AEO) would be an advantage but isn't essential if you're keen to learn.
You'll also be someone who:
- Enjoys analysing data and solving problems

- Is proactive and always looking for ways to improve performance
- Communicates well with colleagues

Office Based
This is an office-based role at our Poole office.
We believe our best work comes from collaborating as a team. Being in the office allows for faster decision-making, better communication and a much deeper understanding of our customers and the projects we're delivering.

Pay: £24,420.00-£46,906.11 per year
