Here at BTP we emphasis fantastic customer service and quality work from our staff. Unlike a standard pest control job you will not just be a bait box zombie! We have an interesting client base, with interesting jobs. BTP is a small team so you will need to be flexible, as we provide standard pest control along with bird proofing, bird of prey service, wildlife management and cleaning services.
Work hours are normally 8:30am - 5pm, but as pests don't work normal hours you may need to be flexible. Overtime and commission is paid and also time off in lieu, as you need a decent work life balance too.
You will be based around Beds, Bucks, Herts and Possibly North London.
Options to also move up the career ladder, as the company grows. There is no cap on commission, bonus or salary for the right person who is motivated, keen and wants to get on. No moaners or complainers allowed!
You may work on your own or in a team as each day can be different.
RSPH level 2 would be advantageous, but we would develop the right candidate who had the passion, drive and focus to give outstanding service.
A clean driving licence is required. Full or part times hours may be available.
Good communication skills are required in oral and written.
You will get a company vehicle and mobile phone and or tablet.

YOU MUST HAVE SOME RELEVENT WILDLIFE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
Falconary Experience woudl be an advantage.
