Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Barber. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves providing expert hair styling and barbering services in a friendly and welcoming environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring clients leave satisfied, with their desired look achieved through skilled techniques and personalised consultations. Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client needs
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
Conduct professional consultations to understand client preferences and advise on suitable styles or treatments
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to health and safety standards
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the hairdressing and barbering industry
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times

Experience

Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of work preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness
Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and grooming products
Previous experience working in a fast-paced salon environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates eager to learn and grow within the role
