Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Associate Business Analyst Trainer to deliver expert training sessions on business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools. This role offers a day rate for experienced professionals passionate about sharing knowledge and empowering future business analysts. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in equipping learners with practical skills and insights to excel in the field of business analysis, ensuring they understand core concepts and can apply them effectively in real-world scenarios. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on business analysis fundamentals, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, process modeling, and documentation techniques
- Develop tailored training materials, presentations, and exercises that align with industry best practices and learner needs
- Facilitate interactive workshops to encourage active participation and practical application of concepts
- Assess participant understanding through quizzes, discussions, and hands-on activities to ensure effective learning outcomes
- Provide clear explanations of technical terms such as IT systems integration, process flows, and organizational change management
- Manage training schedules efficiently while maintaining high energy levels to motivate learners throughout each session
- Offer post-training support by answering questions and providing additional resources to reinforce learning
Experience
- Proven experience as a business analyst or in a related IT or organisational role with strong understanding of business analysis techniques
- Previous experience of delivering BCS Courses and other courses.
- Prior experience in delivering training or teaching in technical or business environments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and engagingly
- Strong organizational skills to plan sessions effectively and manage multiple training engagements seamlessly
- Demonstrated ability to adapt training content for diverse audiences with varying levels of experience
- Knowledge of IT systems, process modeling tools, and organizational change strategies will enhance your effectiveness as a trainer
Pay: From £400.00 per day
