Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue potential.
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for both clients and the organisation.
- Analyse market trends, client data, and sales performance metrics to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and generate reports on account performance.
- Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff members where appropriate.
- Prepare customised proposals and presentations for prospective clients, demonstrating product value propositions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for managing client relationships and sales processes.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently at all levels of an organisation.
- Organised mindset with strong time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment.
