Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Welcome Break Support Centre, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK16 9EZ

Looking for a role where you can build your experience across sales, marketing and hotels, while supporting a busy commercial team?

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator role offers hybrid work, with a requirement to commute to Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. Hybrid options will be discussed during the interview.

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Welcome Break, you’ll play an important part in supporting day-to-day sales and marketing activity across our hotel estate. You’ll help coordinate enquiries, proposals, campaigns, reporting and follow-up actions, supporting opportunities across corporate, group and direct booking channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organised, communicating with different teams, and getting stuck into a varied role where no two days feel exactly the same. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Revenue, Marketing and Operations, helping to keep activity moving and making sure our customers and hotel teams have the information they need.

This role could be a great fit if you:

Are organised, proactive and enjoy keeping tasks, updates and follow-ups on track
Have a friendly, professional communication style and enjoy working with different people
Take pride in accuracy, especially when preparing reports, trackers, presentations or customer information
Are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and basic reporting tools
Have an interest in hotels, travel, sales, marketing and customer service

What you’ll do:

Support corporate, group and local sales activity across our hotel portfolio
Help coordinate client enquiries, proposals, presentations and follow-up activity
Keep sales trackers, account updates and reporting information accurate and up to date
Assist with marketing campaigns, offers and promotional activity across direct, digital and local channels
Keep sales materials, customer communications and hotel information clear, consistent and current
Support weekly and monthly review meetings by preparing updates and tracking actions
