Are you passionate about making a difference and engaging in meaningful conversations? We're a people-first, purpose-driven contact centre offering flexible and permanent roles for both full-time and part-time professionals.

About the Role:
You'll be working on behalf of respected charities, handling both inbound and outbound calls with existing supporters or warm leads – people already interested in the causes we represent. Your mission will be to develop inspiring and meaningful conversations that lead to vital donations.

Whether you're new to contact centre work or already have experience, you'll thrive in our supportive, purpose-led team, helping to raise funds and awareness for important charitable work.

Excellent Pay – Earn up to £28,000 OTE for a 40-hour week (pro-rata for part-time).

Flexible Location – Work from our office at the Pilgrim Centre (free parking available) After a period of training and coaching (we find a minimum of 12 weeks in the call centre is necessary), you will have the opportunity to work from home.

We’re looking for passionate individuals who can inspire conversation and connect with people. At DTV Optimise, we offer flexible shift patterns within our core opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift lengths: 5 to 8 hours, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
