As a People Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting colleagues throughout their journey with Onecom, from onboarding through to career development and beyond. You'll be the first point of contact for many employee queries, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.

Acting as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries.
Supporting the administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding.
Preparing contracts, letters, references, and other documentation.
Helping new starters settle into the business and enjoy a great onboarding experience.
Supporting employee relations activities and meeting coordination.
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
Preparing and processing payroll and reward-related data.
Producing people reports and supporting data analysis.
Assisting with performance management and compensation cycles.
Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across all people processes.
Supporting the delivery of our People Plan.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and employee experiences.
Assisting with HR projects and initiatives that contribute to business success.
Tracking progress and helping deliver meaningful outcomes for our employees.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience working within an HR or People function.
Experience using HR systems (HRIS).
CIPD qualification or working towards one.
Experience in a fast-paced business environment.
An interest in people analytics and process improvement.
