Full job description

The Role

We`re looking for a Digital Content Executive to join our Marketing team at Unite Students.

Supporting the Digital Content Manager, you`ll help manage and optimise website content through our CMS, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey across web, app and digital channels. From publishing campaign content to improving SEO and user experience, you`ll play a key role in driving engagement and conversions through high-quality digital content.

What You`ll Be Doing

Manage and publish website content through our CMS, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Create and update engaging digital content including copy, imagery, video and SEO metadata.
Optimise content for SEO, accessibility, usability and conversion performance.
Collaborate with Marketing teams and external agencies to deliver new content and enhancements.
Support website testing and continuous improvements to user experience and performance.
Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
Help repurpose content across digital channels including app, email and social media.
Stay up to date with digital content trends, SEO developments and CMS functionality.

What We`re Looking For In You

Experience using CMS platforms (Contentful experience is a bonus).
Good understanding of SEO, UX and digital content best practices.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Analytical mindset with confidence using performance data and insights.
A proactive, creative and collaborative approach to work.
Basic HTML knowledge or CMS coding experience is desirable.
