Outbound Sales Representative

Full or part time – make your own hours

Who we are?

Honey Asset Finance are a well-established and continuously evolving commercial finance brokerage, with the aim to become a one stop shop for commercial finance, and in turn become one of the best brokerages in the UK market. We have recently celebrated our eight anniversary and in that time have facilitated funding of over £250million. Our new office is opening in Cardiff City Centre and are commutable from South Wales & Bristol areas. We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to grow and join our new team our existing team. As we scale, we're looking for driven, resilient salespeople who want real earning potential and a clear path to progress.

The role:

Support the other members sales team with outbound activity under the direction of our Marketing Director to actively target new business with phone and email-based outreach
Responsibility for converting cold and warm leads into qualified opportunities for our sales team to convert
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Maintain regular contact with our customer base to keep them informed on industry news and developments with a view to increasing Honey’s brand exposure
Proactively identify new developments and ongoing trends in various sectors to feedback to Marketing to ensure Honey are always ahead of the curve
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and report on progress whilst actively adding and cleansing the data to allow for more accurate marketing efforts
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and appointments.
Potential to earn unlimited commission on top of salary on successfully converted leads
Strong progression plan available within Honey Asset Finance.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking to hire a motivated and results driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our commercial finance sales team. This role comes with the ability to make your own hours so would be a good fit for anyone who has other commitments that require more hours than traditional full-time work would allow, however the role would also suit someone looking to start their career in sales as full time hours are available. All that is required for this role is an ability to communicate effectively in both spoken word and written English and be able to work proactively. Sales experience in a phone-based environment is a plus, but attitude is more important to us than experience for this position. Full training will be provided, and support will be available from both our Sales Director and Marketing Director.

What we can offer you:

This role will come with a competitive salary/hourly rate as well as the ability to earn commissions on successfully converted leads and full on the job training will be provided. There will be a lot of flexibility offered with regards the number of hours worked as we are happy to consider any reasonable working patterns including term time only and school hours. This role will give a lot of the training and experience required to progress into an account management position at Honey Asset Finance.

Pay: £25,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
