Supply Teacher (Secondary) – Cardiff
About the Role
Are you a dedicated educator looking for a better way to work? Supply Collective Ltd is a new, teacher-led supply agency launching in Cardiff. We are fundamentally disrupting the traditional agency model because we believe education funding belongs in the classroom, not in corporate pockets.
We are currently building our exclusive, high-standard local pool of educators. While we specialise in English, Maths, and Science, we are inviting applications from exceptional secondary teachers who hold a commitment to academic excellence and student welfare. If you are a classroom practitioner who takes pride in your craft, we want to hear from you.
Why Join Supply Collective?

- Tech-First Simplicity: Our booking process is streamlined. No clunky portals or unnecessary administrative hurdles—just straightforward, tech-enabled support.
- Professional Respect: We value your time. We don't flood your phone with irrelevant calls; we work with you to find assignments that match your subject specialisation and professional goals.
