About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our friendly team at Fun Cases in Bracknell. You’ll play a key part in our manufacturing process — picking customer orders, producing our products using printers and heat presses, and carefully packing them ready for dispatch.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that suits someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in doing things accurately and efficiently. Full training will be provided — no previous experience is required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and prepare items for production.
- Manufacture products using our printers and heat presses (training provided).
- Pack finished orders to a high standard, ensuring they are labelled and ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe workspace.
- Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production targets.
- Follow quality control and health & safety procedures at all times.

- Able to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems.
- Works well independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
- No prior manufacturing experience needed — full training provided.
Additional Details
- Full time, Monday - Friday 6.30am – 3.00pm
- 20 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Closed between Christmas and New Year.
- Salary of £26,520 per year
