We specialise in advanced laser and skin treatments, with a strong focus on laser hair removal, Tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation & resurfacing and results-driven treatments. We are now looking for an experienced, confident and commercially minded Laser & Skin Practitioner to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to become an important part of an established clinic and help us grow, rather than simply provide treatments.
The role
Initially, the role will be Fridays and Saturdays, with the potential to increase days and hours as the clinic continues to grow and your client base develops.
You will be expected to work confidently and independently, delivering treatments to a high clinical and customer-care standard while taking ownership of your own clients and diary.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic and commercially aware - someone who naturally thinks about how to build client relationships, generate repeat business and keep their diary growing and keep clients returning.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver advanced laser and skin treatments safely and professionally.
- Carry out thorough consultations and create appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide excellent, personalised client care.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Take ownership of your own client journey from consultation through to treatment, rebooking and maintenance.
- Confidently recommend appropriate treatment courses and future treatments.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and client notes.
- Monitor client progress and recognise when clients are approaching the end of a treatment course.
- Proactively contact clients who are due, overdue or have not rebooked.
- Follow up consultations and treatment enquiries where appropriate.
- Encourage client reviews and referrals.
- Capture appropriate before-and-after photography with client consent.
- Contribute to social media and marketing content.
- Identify opportunities to help fill your diary during quieter periods.
- Contribute ideas for promotions, campaigns, treatment packages and client engagement.
- Being confident to work independently or in a team while following the clinic's protocols and standards.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and room preparation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Be team.
- Continue to develop your knowledge and skills as the clinic grows.
Essential requirements
- VTCT Level 3 in beauty or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Strong practical experience in advanced treatments in your previous role
- Experience working independently with clients.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- High standard of client care.
- Confident recommending appropriate treatment plans.
- Good understanding of skin types, contraindications and safe laser practice.
- Professional, reliable and well presented.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently without requiring constant supervision.
- Comfortable managing your own diary and client follow-ups.
Desirable experience
Experience in two or more of the following would be advantageous:
- IPL skin rejuvenation
- Laser Hair Removal
- Advanced skin treatments
- Radiofrequency
- Facial rejuvenation
- Tattoo removal
- Body treatments
- Confident use of medical-grade laser systems
- Content creation and social media
- Client retention and sales
Additional qualifications are welcome, but the right attitude and experience are just as important to us as the list of treatments you can perform.

Hours
Initially: Friday & Saturday 9am-5pm
There will be potential and a need for additional weekday hours as your client base develops and the clinic continues to grow and to cover occasional holidays.
