About Us:
Mulberry Catering Co is a bold, fast-growing catering company dishing up food that’s bursting with flavour and service dripping with charisma. We deliver unforgettable weddings and events, with ambitious plans to grow quickly across the South West.

- On-site at events (1-2 days per week, mostly weddings): Leading front of house teams, liaising with chefs and suppliers, making sure every event runs smoothly and occasionally rolling up your sleeves to help with service or even wash the odd dish if needed.
We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate the following interpersonal skills:

- Handling inbound enquiries (email and phone)
- Preparing quotes, booking confirmations, and invoices
- Liaising with venues, suppliers, and clients
- Scheduling and attending client meetings
- Detailed event planning and preparation
- Copywriting and proofreading for social media, blog posts, website, brochures, and marketing materials

- Troubleshooting issues and thinking on your feet
- Being a visible, positive presence and mucking in wherever needed
What We’re Looking For.
Personal Qualities:

- Strong organisation and time management
- Calm under pressure and quick-thinking
- A positive, morale-boosting team player

Experience:
- Hands-on experience at events or weddings
- Office experience in an admin or co-ordination role
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience copywriting and proofreading to a high standard
- Previous leadership of small teams is desirable
- Full driving licence required (you’ll need to drive company vans occasionally – no van experience needed)

- Fast-paced, friendly working environment
- A chance to build your career as the company grows
- Work in stunning venues with brilliant suppliers
- Enjoy fantastic food and team perks along the way
- Work with a fun, supportive team who genuinely have each other's backs
