Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with data entry and clerical duties
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
