Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Assistant Principal Quality and Compliance to lead the quality, curriculum development and compliance for our Study Programmes ant Salt College, Apprenticeships and Adult Learning at Salt Training Limited. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of teaching learning & assessment, pedagogy and Funding compliance for all DfE funded provision for post 16 learners. Furthermore, be experienced in observing teaching learning and assessment, providing staff with constructive feedback and building staff development plans to ensure outstanding quality of TLA across the entire organisation. We are looking for someone who can help STL grow with strong communication and written skills to assist in .The successful Candidate will line manage all staff involved in the educational delivery for the delegated portfolio of responsibility E.G Study Programmes, Apprenticeships, Supported Internships etc.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to ensuring the highest quality of teaching and learning and compliance. Assist in growing a strong team of educators who are recognised outstanding practitioners. The Assistant Principal will prepare all aspects of Salt Training Limited for funding audits and Ofsted.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Teaching
- Teaching Staff observations & Implementing Quality cycles
- Working with external Stakeholder such as the local Authority
-Experience and understanding of learners with SEND needs providing staff with teaching and learning strategies to assist them to overcome learners barriers.
- Careers qualifications and experience
- Safeguarding qualifications and experience
- Experience as a OFSTED quality nominee
- Experience of funding audits from the Department for Education and project providers.
