Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. As a key player in our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall flow of kitchen operations. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and flair, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality.
Follow established recipes and presentation standards to deliver visually appealing meals that delight our guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your designated station, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff to promote skill development and teamwork.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing.
Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation during service times for smooth operations.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, supporting efficient service without compromising quality.

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
Prior experience in meal preparation across various cuisines is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with serving procedures and maintaining high standards of food presentation is advantageous.
