We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Manor Vets, Halesowen on a full-time fixed-term basis for 12 months. You will be expected to work at all 6 of our Manor (WM) sites: Halesowen, Northfield, Edgbaston, Shirley, Harborne & Cradley Heath.
We are located in the West Midlands on the outskirts of Birmingham. All branches have great transport links into Birmingham city centre. We are also very lucky to have some beautiful rural areas near too such as Kinver, Clent Hills and the Lickey Hills. Manor Vets has 6 branches in and around the Birmingham area.
Between our surgeries, we offer a CT scanning, digital x-ray, ultrasound, digital dental x-ray, endoscopy, ECG and in house haematology, biochemistry, and blood gases.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
Working Pattern
- The position will be based on 38hrs per week across a 12-week rota Shifts will include mornings, afternoons, evenings and every other Saturday morning. Shifts will vary between 8.00-7.30pm. Bank holidays on a rota system.
