ROLE DESCRIPTION
Inspire Education works with young people in schools to engender a positive mindset, enable them to understand the science of how we learn and help them develop effective study skills.
Due to recent growth, we are seeking a motivated, energetic and inspiring trainer/presenter to add to our team for our busiest period (Aug-Halloween). The successful candidate will work in post-primary schools throughout Ireland delivering practical study skills interventions to a range of year groups.
Our highly effective, pre-designed seminars have been tried and tested in the schools market for many years. All staff receive full training on the materials and methodologies of Inspire Education.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
NOTE: Applicants must be located in Belfast or the surrounding region.
Essential
- Undergraduate Degree (Min 2:1)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in education, sport or youth work with 12-18 year olds, in either a paid or voluntary capacity
- Exemplary presentation skills and confidence speaking/presenting to large audiences
- Must have a genuine commitment and passion for helping young people achieve their potential
- Must have an ability to connect easily and build rapport with young people
- Ambitious, driven and highly motivated with exceptional stamina
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Must be willing to travel and be available for regular overnight hotel stays
Desirable
- Knowledge of the education systems North and South of Ireland
- Qualification in Training or Youth Work
RATE
This is a fixed-term contract for 2 months (24th August - 23rd October 2026)
Salary £5,000 per month
(Plus Expenses)

Monday – Friday (Term-time only)
