Full job description

Stix & Stones are looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Bar Back to support our bartending team in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well under pressure, and thrives in a team setting.

Responsibilities

Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, and supplies throughout shifts
Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
Wash glassware and assist with general cleaning duties
Remove trash and recycling as needed
Support bartenders to ensure fast and efficient service
Assist with opening and closing duties
Help maintain a positive guest experience by keeping operations running smoothly

Requirements

Ability to lift heavy items (kegs, cases, ice buckets, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
