Our client seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee a Formwork project in the Belfast area with immediate start available. The project includes foundations and reinforced concrete
Duties
- The role requires a hands on approach whilst supervising daily operations, providing guidance and support to team members to optimise performance.
- Coordinate with main contractor and client management to communicate project updates, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and organisational policies across all projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project supervision with emphasis on a hands on approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for liaising with stakeholders.
- Material planning
- Ability to manage Shuttering Carpenters and Steel fixers.
The successful candidate may have further projects on completion.
Pay: £25.00-£29.00 per hour
