Full job description

Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Contract Shuttering Carpentry Foreman to join a reputable Commercial Construction company based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the shuttering and formwork operations on-site, ensuring the construction of accurate and durable concrete forms according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of carpenters, coordinate daily activities, and maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout the project duration. This position requires a confident and experienced professional who can effectively manage resources and ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (Formwork) within commercial construction projects
Previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role is preferred
Strong understanding of formwork techniques, materials, and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead a team effectively
Valid relevant qualifications and CSCS card
