Gav Noble Physiotherapy is a well-established physiotherapy and Pilates clinic based in Lisburn. We help people move better, feel stronger, reduce pain, and stay active, especially adults over 35 who want to keep enjoying life, family, hobbies, walking, sport, and everyday activities.
Pilates is an important part of what we do. We regularly recommend Pilates to help improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, body awareness, and confidence with movement.
We are now looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for someone who can deliver safe, enjoyable and effective Pilates classes for clients of varying ages and abilities.
You will be working with people who may want to improve posture, build strength, reduce stiffness, recover from injury, or simply feel more confident moving their body.
This role would suit someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and can create a welcoming class environment where clients feel supported rather than intimidated.
Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering Pilates classes in a safe and professional manner
- Teaching mixed ability groups, including beginners and older adults
- Modifying exercises to suit different levels, abilities and limitations
- Creating a positive, encouraging and friendly atmosphere
- Helping clients improve strength, flexibility, balance and movement confidence
- Working alongside the physiotherapy team when appropriate
- Maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
- Ensuring classes are enjoyable, clear and easy to follow
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A recognised Pilates teaching qualification
- Experience teaching group Pilates classes
- A friendly, confident and professional manner
- Good communication skills
- The ability to adapt exercises for different abilities
- An interest in helping people stay active, mobile and independent
- A caring approach, especially with clients who may be nervous, stiff, sore or new to Pilates
- Reliability and good timekeeping
Experience working with adults over 35, beginners, or people with back pain, joint stiffness or reduced confidence would be a strong advantage.

Hours
Hours are flexible and can be discussed. We are particularly interested in instructors who may be available for daytime, evening, or possibly weekend classes.
Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
