Insurance Sales Advisor

£27,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£55,000+ OTE Year 1)

At Family Confident Ltd, we help working people protect their income by arranging Private Sick Pay cover that provides financial security when illness or injury prevents them from working.

As demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career in financial services and sales.

No previous financial services experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a structured progression pathway into senior and leadership positions.

The Role

You'll speak with customers who have already expressed an interest in Private Sick Pay protection, understand their circumstances, and help them make informed decisions about protecting their income.

This is a consultative sales role where success comes from building trust, asking the right questions, and providing suitable solutions that genuinely benefit customers.

Responsibilities

Speaking with customers who have requested information about Private Sick Pay cover
Understanding customer needs and financial circumstances
Explaining policy features and benefits clearly and professionally
Recommending suitable protection solutions
Managing customer relationships throughout the sales process
Achieving individual performance and sales targets
Maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance

What We're Looking For
