We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Water Hygiene Technician to join our team. This role will involve working across a number of established client accounts, delivering water hygiene and compliance services to a high standard throughout Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Flushing of infrequently used outlets and emergency showers
- Temperature monitoring and recording
- Shower descaling
- Water sampling
- TMV servicing
- Cleaning and disinfection of domestic water systems
- Completion of site records, reports, and compliance certificates using the company’s cloud-based management system
Location & Travel
The role is primarily based across the Greater Belfast and North Down areas, servicing a range of established client sites. Occasional travel to sites in County Armagh, the North East Coast, and other outlying areas may be required.
As this is a mobile role, applicants must be comfortable travelling between sites and managing their workload independently. A company van will be provided, and a full, clean driving licence is essential.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Experience as a Water Hygiene Technician, Water Hygiene Engineer, or in a similar role
- A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work
- The ability to self-manage workloads and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Strong IT skills and confidence using laptops, tablets, and cloud-based management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service
- A full, clean driving licence
