Location: Belfast / Flexible / Remote Working
Available Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Kempton Redman Law are looking to recruit two driven and motivated Paralegals to join our busy and expanding Conveyancing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about property law and want to play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the conveyancing process.

The Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including:

· Providing quotations and onboarding new clients

· Opening and managing files

· Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties

· Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation

· Managing transactions through to exchange and completion

· Handling post-completion matters

· Ensuring excellent client communication throughout the process

· Maintaining accurate records and compliance procedures

Essential Requirements

· Previous experience working within a conveyancing or property law environment

· Strong administrative and organisational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to prioritise and manage multiple matters simultaneously
