Pizza & café Chef – Full Time

Feat4 Belfast

Starting Wage: £13.85 - £15.00 (DOE)

40 hours per week | 5 days per week | Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Feat4 Belfast is looking for a full-time Pizza Chef / Kitchen Assistant to join our opening team.

This is not a fine-dining role. Our food offer is simple, pizza-led and process-driven. We need someone reliable, organised and consistent who takes pride in prep, clean working and getting the same quality every time.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's newest premium padel club brands from day one and help shape the food experience within our flagship Belfast club.

Working alongside the Head of Kitchen, you will help deliver a consistent, high-quality menu across our café and social spaces. From stone-baked pizzas and fresh sandwiches to grab-and-go items, you will play an important role in creating a food offering that members want to come back for.

At Feat4, food is part of the overall club experience. Our café and kitchen will become a destination in their own right, serving great food in a welcoming and energetic environment.

The Role

You will work closely with the Head of Kitchen and wider club team to deliver a high-quality food offering throughout the week.

Your day will include:

Preparing pizzas, sandwiches, deli items, grab-and-go products, and café menu items
Operating and managing the pizza oven safely and consistently
Supporting daily kitchen preparation and service
Following recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
Maintaining excellent food quality, consistency, and freshness
Supporting stock management, deliveries, and ingredient organisation
Maintaining exceptional hygiene, food safety, and allergen standards
Supporting service during busy periods, events, tournaments, and club functions
Completing daily cleaning, close-down, and kitchen handover procedures
Contributing ideas for seasonal specials and future menu development

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable, organised, and hard-working
Passionate about food quality and presentation
Comfortable working independently during quieter shifts
Calm and focused during busy service periods
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and consistency
Willing to learn, develop, and grow with the business
Experienced in food preparation, deli, café, pizza, or kitchen environments
