Kilwee Kitchen Company is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Kitchen Fitter to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent earning potential, local work, a company van, set working hours and first-class working conditions.
With over 32 years of experience, Kilwee Kitchen Company has built a strong reputation for quality, craftsmanship and customer service. We design, manufacture and install our own kitchens and bedrooms, allowing our fitters to work directly with an experienced in-house design, production and management team.
Almost all of our installation work is based within the Greater Belfast area, meaning considerably less long-distance travelling than many other fitting roles.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and can deliver kitchen and bedroom installations to the exceptionally high standards our customers expect.

Our fitters are provided with the equipment, support and resources they need to do the job properly. We believe skilled tradespeople should be able to focus on delivering exceptional workmanship without having to compromise because they do not have the right tools, information or support behind them.
The Role
You will be responsible for the professional installation of our kitchens, fitted bedrooms and cabinetry, ensuring every project is completed to the highest possible standard.
You will work closely with our design, production and management teams to ensure installations run smoothly and our customers receive the level of service Kilwee Kitchen Company is known for.
Responsibilities will include:
- Installing kitchens, fitted bedrooms and bespoke cabinetry
- Ensuring all installations meet our quality standards and customer expectations
- Reading and working accurately from plans and technical drawings
- Working closely with our design and production teams
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional working environment
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with fabrication or workshop duties when required
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' proven kitchen fitting experience
- A strong track record of completing kitchen installations to a high standard
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in their workmanship
- The ability to read and understand plans and technical drawings
- A strong understanding of cabinetry, fabrication and assembly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional and customer-first attitude
- A full clean driving licence
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a wider team
Experience in plumbing or electrical work would be advantageous but is not essential.
References and evidence of previous kitchen fitting work will be required. Previous installations may also be inspected as part of the recruitment process.
