Position Overview:As an experienced Tutor, your role will be crucial in helping students achieve their academic goals. We are seeking an individual who possesses an in-depth understanding of the subject matter and can adeptly provide guidance and support to students across diverse learning environments. Crafting engaging lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and delivering constructive feedback will be among your key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Tailor and execute lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
Evaluate student progress and deliver insightful feedback.
Foster a positive and secure learning atmosphere.
Effectively communicate with students, parents, and fellow educators.
Maintain meticulous records of student advancement.

Candidate Profile:We're looking for a dynamic individual who embodies the following qualities:

Exceptional communication skills.
Demonstrated initiative and proactive attitude.
Strong organizational prowess.
Adaptability in adjusting teaching approaches to suit individual student requirements.
Enthusiasm for working with young learners.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in English Language, Literature, or a related Modern Language subject from an accredited university.
Teaching Qualification.
Prior experience in tutoring.
Native Speaker proficiency.

Additional Requirements:

Possession of an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
