Job Description

Location: main base can either be Shrewsbury/Telford/Ludlow/Hereford/Oswestry

We are currently looking to recruit a roving administrator in our Legal Support Services Department.

The Legal Support Services Team are responsible for supporting wider legal services through the management of reception and hospitality, call handling and maintaining an ongoing administration service. The post holder will be able to recognise and translate the needs of clients and staff, and expectations into a responsive service.

The post holder will provide support across a variety of legal support services functions, including legal administration assistant, client services assistant and telephony responsibilities. Depending on business needs, you will undertake reception and front-of-house duties, manage incoming telephone calls and support teams with a range of administrative tasks. The role requires the ability to work confidently and independently, particularly when providing cover within an office, while ensuring that clients and colleagues continue to receive an efficient and professional service.

This role will require flexibility to attend all our offices (including Conwy and Bromyard) detailed above, sometimes at short notice supporting staffing levels to cover annual leave, sickness, training attendance and other absence. A full driving licence is an essential requirement for this role.
