Job Title: Parking Attendant
Location: Central Park, Chelmsford (New World Festival)
Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Casual/Flexible (Zero Hours Contract)

Event Support Team is a premier provider of event services, specialising in off-site parking and traffic management for major events, including sports matches, concerts, and festivals. With state-of-the-art Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology, we simplify parking operations, reduce traffic congestion, and elevate the overall event experience. Our impressive portfolio features collaborations with iconic events such as the Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012 Olympics, and numerous renowned music festivals.

The Role:
We are seeking friendly and proactive Parking Attendants to support the New World Festival at Central Park, Chelmsford, working across Friday 28th – Sunday 30th August 2026. In this crucial role, you'll help ensure the safe and smooth running of the event, providing excellent service to attendees and visitors. This position offers flexible hours across the three shift days.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist visitors with directions and address event-related questions
Direct attendees and vehicles to ensure safe and smooth flow around the site
Monitor and enforce site regulations and company policies
Use an iPad to verify access where required
Set up and manage on-site signage to guide visitors effectively

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
