Exciting Opportunity to Build and Grow a New Salon Business

We are preparing to launch a new salon in the heart of Hornchurch, a busy and high-footfall area with excellent business potential. We have secured a large commercial space and are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and motivated individual to take full responsibility for managing and growing the business.

This is more than just a job – it is an opportunity to become a key part of a growing business with the potential for future partnership and expansion.

About the Opportunity

Our vision is to create a modern salon offering high-quality services for both men and women at affordable prices, providing customers with a great alternative to expensive high-street salons.

We are seeking someone who can take ownership of the salon's day-to-day operations, build a strong team, attract customers, and help develop the business into a successful and profitable brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the salon.
Recruit, train, and supervise barbers, hairdressers, and salon staff.
Develop marketing and customer retention strategies.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Manage appointments, staff schedules, and salon performance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and compliance.
Monitor sales, expenses, and business growth opportunities.
Help establish and expand the brand for future locations.

What We Are Looking For

Experience in salon, barber shop, or beauty business management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and make business decisions.
Experience in marketing, team building, and business development is highly desirable.
