Responsibilities

- Coordinate participant recruitment, scheduling, and data collection to ensure study timelines are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of study activities, including case report forms, consent forms, and regulatory documentation.
- Monitor study compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies to uphold integrity and quality.
- Supervise junior team members or interns involved in laboratory or data management tasks, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Manage laboratory procedures, sample processing, and data entry with precision to support reliable research outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between research staff, healthcare providers, and external partners to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project milestones.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a research or laboratory setting that demonstrates leadership capabilities.
- Strong background in scientific research methodologies and clinical research practices.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Laboratory experience including sample handling, processing techniques, and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of compliance management related to regulatory agencies such as IRB (Institutional Review Board) standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data collection and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, stakeholders, and external collaborators.
