Marketing Intern

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Work Location: In Person

About the Role

We're a fast-growing skincare brand redefining acne care for a new generation. We're looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Marketing Intern who thrives in a creative environment and isn't afraid to take initiative. This isn't a role where you'll wait to be told what to do, you'll be bringing ideas to the table, producing and designing content, and helping shape how our brand shows up in the world.

If you're someone who lives on TikTok, Instagram, knows your way around Adobe, and gets genuinely excited about building something from the ground up, keep reading.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading content creation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms, including appearing on camera where needed
Designing polished social assets and campaign visuals using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Using AI tools such as Higgsfield or Freepic or OpenArt or Arcads or equivalent
Developing and pitching original content concepts with real creative freedom to execute them
Managing and scheduling content across multiple channels
Supporting product launches and campaign rollouts from ideation through to delivery
Monitoring trends in real time and translating them into engaging, on-brand content
Assisting with influencer partnerships, gifting and UGC outreach

What We're Looking For

1 - 3 years of experience in a marketing, content, or creative role (agency or brand-side)
Confident on camera and comfortable creating UGC-style content
Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and wider social media culture
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and/or CapCut
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload and deadlines
Creative, proactive, full of ideas and organised

Are genuinely passionate about beauty and skincare
Naturally spot trends before they peak
Understand what makes content convert and go viral
