We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant to join our team and support our daily office operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office processes by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Using our dedicated nursery software to produce quotes, sales orders, deliveries, invoices and wider client account management.
- Organise office correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support the team with other administrative tasks where required.
- Prepare correspondence and reports to assist the team.
Requirements/Desirable abilities

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel.
Duration
This is a seasonal position to start August 2026, ending March/April 2027. This could suit term-time only. Working hours flexible but should reflect Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or similar.
There is the scope for the right candidate to work within our wider nursery team during the summer months too, if the applicant desires.
