Full job description

We are a buy/ sell and currency exchange business with eleven stores across the UK . If you love working with people, building relationships, working in a forward looking company and think the below is something you could do and excel in then we want to hear from you!

Buying in goods on the buying counter, evaluating, pricing and testing items for resale. Giving great customer service.

Supervising the store in the Manager's absence. opening and closing the store, following store processes in Managers absence and supervising the team.

Main Duties

To ensure that the store trades as a model example of a Regenerate store, as defined in the Colleague Handbook
To be the main Buyer of the store, in order to achieve and exceed buying targets, ensuring consistency and a holding within target of correctly priced quality stock for resale.
Open and close the store in the managers/am's absence
To oversee the currency counter to meet and exceed targets, whilst controlling bad debt, and ensuring that administrative functions are correctly undertaken.
To develop and promote the highest possible operational and housekeeping standards.
To work through agendas and work set out by the Directors
To ensure that all legislative standards are met, including Health & Safety and Money Laundering Compliance.
To ensure the security and safety of all stock, staff and cash within the store at all times.
Any other functions as deemed necessary or as may arise from time to time.
Experience in a target driven environment and supervising a store is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
