Full job description

Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Student Lettings Coordinator to join our busy lettings team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous lettings or property management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Answering telephone and email enquiries
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
Managing viewing enquiries and booking appointments
Conducting property viewings
Carrying out property inspections
Negotiating offers and tenancy terms
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
Progressing tenancies from application through to move-in
Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
Providing general administrative support and undertaking other ad hoc duties associated with lettings.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum of 1 year's experience in lettings or property management (student lettings specific experience is not essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Good attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Full-time, permanent position
