Hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota basis

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Confidence discussing finance and vehicle options with customers
- A full UK driving licence
- Availability to work weekends on a rota basis
- A positive, target-driven and professional attitude

The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in introducing customers to the Kia brand and delivering an exceptional end-to-end buying experience.
You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicles, arranging test drives and guiding customers confidently through the purchasing process.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you maximise your potential and succeed within the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles and finance options
- Demonstrating vehicles and conducting engaging test drives
- Negotiating prices, payment methods and finance packages professionally
- Delivering a seamless and high-quality customer journey throughout the sales process
- Building long-term customer relationships through excellent aftersales follow-up
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and wider dealership teams
- Participating in ongoing training and development programmes
