The Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Composite Laminator Trainee. This is a full-time employment opportunity and not an apprenticeship; therefore, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Working alongside experienced members of the team, you will follow our comprehensive in-house training programme and develop the skills required to manufacture high-quality composite components to the required standards.
During your training, you will learn how to:
- To read and understand technical drawings and laminate manuals
- Laminate components to the required standard using different materials specifications including cores
- Understanding of bagging and curing processes
- Understand and use of laminating tools
