Full job description

Purpose

To provide team leadership to the Biscuit Warehouse departments. The Team Leader will control all labour to the production plan and co-ordinate all quality trials, documenting the results.

The Team Leader will control all materials, production targets, Specifications/Methods, Work Instructions, Training Records, Dissection Reports, Risk Assessments/Safe System.

Note: In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.

Principle Accountabilities

Area of Responsibility:

To monitor all production, labour and targets within the department.
To monitor all quality to company standards.
To monitor and supervise all training records and needs, work instructions and specifications/methods.
Deal with operational issues arising on a daily basis within the area.
To record all production counts and faults and liaise with other departments to highlight any issues as early as possible, when manager is not available.
Meet customers’ expectations and deadlines.
