Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator / Credit Controller to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, covering maternity leave, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting administrative functions within our organisation, managing credit control processes and helping maintain accurate records. Based in our busy factory office, this role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth operations during this period.
Duties
- General office administration and data entry, supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of a busy factory environment.
- Manage and monitor the organisation’s credit control procedures, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Answering telephone and email enquiries.
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as required.
Qualifications
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Credit control experience is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Previous experience working with Sage favourable.
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
